Founded by Bill Rice
REInvestorGuide was founded by Bill Rice, a 30+ year mortgage lending veteran. Bill has spent his career at the intersection of mortgage lending, marketing, and technology. His experience spans retail lending, wholesale operations, lead generation strategy, and content marketing for financial services.
Bill created REInvestorGuide because he saw a gap in the market: investors needed a trusted, independent resource that wasn't trying to sell them a loan. Every piece of content on this site is informed by decades of real-world lending experience.
